Shipping Policy
American Immigrant Apparel ships globally. Customers can select their preferred shipping method, based on delivery time and shipping fees. Upon receiving your purchase, Ai Apparel allows up to a 30 day grace period for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Estimate General Transit Times (US)
- Standard carrier options (Domestic): 3-7 business days
- Standard carrier options (International) 7-30 business days
- Priority carrier options (Domestic): 2-5 business days
- Expedited carrier options (Domestic): 2-3 business days
- Expedited carrier options (International): 1-6 business days
Standard Shipping: You will receive your purchased item in 3 to 7 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Ai Apparel offers FREE domestic shipping, within the US, for a single item priced over $200 or combined purchases of over $300.
Expedited Shipping: You will receive your purchased item within 2 to 3 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 1p will arrive within 2 business days. Orders on the weekends, or after 1pm will arrive within 3 business days.
*Upon completion of your purchase, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking info, that can be used thru the SHOP app.
